yes you can! through a lawyer. have it in your PRIVATE divorce settlement. I know for a fact. I put it in mine. Only one problem: she refuses to honer it. Although she signed the settlement papers. So I keep a close check @ what she is doing,and through the wrench in every chance i get. My reason behind this is because she has prone me with embarassment that will last a life time. I was married to her 3 months before I threw her out for cheating & doing cocaine with a high ranking village offical. In the long run got me arrested by a corrupt small village DA. Even the outright accusation to the judge had no affect. That village offical was the mayor’s nephew. so be careful whose ass you kick. I was sentenced 3 years probation, I was surely railroaded. As said by the nicest probation officer in the system. The probation officer released me from the system after 3 months. Claimed she had real criminal to work with. today i’m married to a real wife have a great life,

Really, there is no possible way to get my man’s name removed from his ex wife? Nothing legal? No petition and amount of money? We both want her to remove it, she just ignores everyone. Anyone think talking to a lawyer would help in any way and if a lawyer could do something?

I’m in a marriage just the same. He doesn’t say hewants to divorce me but he calls me names and says I’m an embarrassment, etc etc etc. I’m still here for my kids. I’m sure if you have kids but I would understand why you’re still around if that’s the case. Yes, I’m miserable, sad, and lonely – but my son goes to wrestling tournaments every weekend w daddy and I’m w my daughter at her play auditions or dance recitals. My kids have medical, dental, and vision insurance. My children live in a nice nieghborhood close to thier school, and I’m able to only work part time and spend tons of quality time w them! Try n tell any good mother these don’t matter more than feeling pretty, getting flowers on birthdays, or having a hot love life…. they do – they should.

The soon-to-be ex-wife will go after the money. If the only purpose of the transaction was to hide the money from her, she will have a claim on the cash if she finds out about it.

A Judge will call a audit and you will have to divide all
assets, but you won’t be able to outrun the paper trail.

There are records of all transactions and with drawls, the person would be convicted of a felony for doing what you suggest, plus loose it all, not just some.

I don’t know how those women do it. When I got divorced, I ended up paying HIS bills and had to work for 6 years to get my credit built up because of him. Ok, the answer to your question, I don’t think she can empty your/his bank account, but she can get the house especially if there’s kids involved. I think it depends on the reason for the divorce and how much she’ll actually get.
