Get Your Ex Back – Making Sure You Save Your Marriage and Stop a Divorce

Ever did something that you instantly regretted? Was there any situation where you found yourself wanting to take back something terrible you’ve said like we’re over? If you regret separating with your partner and want to get your ex back, you should know that you are in the position to save the marriage.

You may, after the break up, experience depression and extreme feelings of regret and guilt. But there’s nothing stopping you from correcting things, right? If you really want to get your ex back, the first thing you need to do is to swallow your pride.

Talk to your spouse and say sorry. It may be the hardest thing you are ever gonna say in your life but the moment you say it, you will feel extremely lighter. It would be as if a big weight is lifted off your shoulder. Let your spouse know how sorry you are for the mistake you have made. Be sincere. Explain that you don’t want to push through with the divorce, and that you were overcome by your emotion when you said you wanted to end the marriage.

Admit your fault. Accept whatever your spouse had to say about that.

There is a big chance that your spouse really doesn’t want to have a divorce anyway, since it was you who initiated it. They’re probably more hurt than you were because they had to suffer the consequences of your sudden decision.

And if that’s the case, it would be easier for you to convince them to not push through with the divorce. They are probably waiting for the day you change your mind and come back to them.

However, there is also a big chance that your ex is so hurt that they don’t want to get back with you. Though he or she doesn’t want to have a divorce, they may want to give you a hard time just because you have hurt them terribly.

You need to be ready with this behavior from your ex. After all, you can’t really blame them. The hurt you’ve caused them is undeniable.

What you can do is to hold on to the one thing you both have in common: the desire to save the marriage. You can tap into this. Reach out to your spouse and tell them how you want to save the marriage so bad. Tell them the good things that can come out if you give the relationship another chance. Convince them that there’s a lot of good you can do together as a couple.

Going through a divorce is tough. You will be subject to a roller coaster of emotions, most of them unpleasant, and you don’t want to experience that. If you still love your spouse, you will do everything possible to save the marriage and stop the divorce.

The bottom line here is sincerely apologize and make the commitment to work on your problems. No matter how serious and hard they may be, as long as you are committed to finding the resolution so that you can you ex back and stop your divorce, then it’s all worth it.

what are the similarities and differences in Romeo and Juliet and West Side Story in how each play sets up the tragic ending?

I know the differences, I just need to know if this similarity is a good one:

I already have one similarity, and it’s that they’re both from rival families/gangs.

but the other one is that both of the lovers were young and naive and fell in love too quickly. they did not even know if they had anything in common and were willing to run away with each other. maybe if their families were getting along, it might have worked out, but they weren’t. so, even if they had gotten away and lived by themselves, how would they survive with no jobs? where would they live? what would they eat? because of how much they would end up struggling the marriage could have ended in a divorce instead of both of them dying.

PO’d, thank you for your comment. i did say that their relationship(s) could have worked out if their parents agreed, however they should have realized that without their parents approval, something would go wrong. you mentioned a great difference, but (again) i know the differences and i’m looking to see what you think about my similarty. if it isn’t good enough, please give me another one. also, i can’t use that difference anyway because i don’t think it pertains to how the play was set up for tragedy.
